Beruang Madu means Honey Bear in Indonesian, the name given to the Sun Bear which can be found across SE Asia. This short educational film was commissioned by KWPLH (Kawasan Wisata Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup) based outside of Balikpapan in East Kalimantan. It is now part of its educational exhibition where visitors and school children come to learn about the sun bears. The film was made for the Indonesian audience, it is deliberately didactic and informative.
